We did test the bars Egg Bar +Watt in lactose intolerant athletes. In all cases the athletes are judged just the product for its digestibility and the absence of the typical side effects of foods and milk products. The consistency of the product is superior to the normal fingers and takes a little more power for proper chewing of the product. Despite this, athletes have found this a problem, while the two available flavors were found pleasing. The digestibility was considered good, although given the high caloric intake, with a just distribution of the three principles of food, the effective assimilation occurs with a lag, an hour at least. Another important use of Egg Bar is like a meal after the race. Here again provides an excellent food, complete the reintegration of energy expenditure during competition.
