The new bike in 2009 was finally in the team Miche-Silver Cross-Selle Italia, as well as all new technicians components. Viner Maxima frame was made to measure for all athletes. The Supertype crankset allows, however, to take crowns with different sizes: from 34 to 39 for the inner and from 50 to 53 for the outer ring. The chain is Supertype, as well as the characteristic sprocket Supertype with dark gray finish (it is heat-treated to improve durability). All athletes of the team may choose at will the composition of the pack with a range of departing from 11 and arriving to 29. The pedals are Miche MT7 have a broad base of support and a weight of 278 grams a pair. They pivot in titanium and carbon fiber body, having the opportunity to oil the central pivot, which is always done by mechanics, leads them to have a good glide. The quality of the bike has been amply demonstrated in the Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali, where Pasquale Muto has repeatedly fought for the victory and captain Massimo Giunti has captured a brilliant third place in overall standings in a few seconds away from the winner Damiano Cunego and finally the team has won the victory in the team ranking. Also highlight how the bike seen in the "Coppi e Bartali" had a cure and constructive attention to technical details very good, the bike completely different from those seen in the GP Costa degli Etruschi. Pleased that finally the athletes of the Team have half highly competitive and the level, if not better, competition.
