BicyclesTechnical Analysis: 2012 Wilier 303 Carbon
The new Wilier Carbon 303 is based on a carbon fiber monocoque frame.
The main triangle of the frame derives from the previous Solitario, it inherits the headset by 1 inch and 1/8, a large section of the down tube, the bottom bracket with the standard classic, with a top tube sloping accentuated; classic seat tube by 31.6 mm. All new rear triangle with carbon fiber dropouts and pipes high on the good section. The bike will be available in three different colour combinations. Made his debut on this model the new series of components WARP (Wilier Racing Parts Advanced), with stem, handlebar, wheels, seatpost and saddle with custom graphics. The saddle is actually a Prologo X10. The bike is assembled with Shimano XT, with commands, disc brakes, crank, sprocket, chain, front and rear derailleur. The fork is a RockShox Reba Dual Air RL. The wheels have hubs Shimano M66 and rims WARP XC300. In the XT Mix version, however, change the rims (XC500), commands, crankset, brakes and front derailleur (Shimano always though), while the rest of the components is the same.
