Team Androni Giocattoli bikes are Guerciotti Team Edition. Based on the frame Dedacciai Scuro RS, weighs about 950 grams and are made of carbon T800, with a series of cone steering. The fork has straight stems, seeds and the head tube is very short, very short even the rear. The tube is large, like the horizontal one and the bottom bracket. The tubes remain split high up the rear at the junction with the vertical pipe and a small bridge holding up the rear brake. The bike is then assembled with Campagnolo Record, used to complete, with controls, brakes, front and rear derailleur, sprocket, chain and crankset. Taborre uses, in fact, a Super Record crank, but only for a matter of crank length, was not available because the ideal length with the group Record. Wheels are Ambrosio XUL here, but the specific model Ambrosio may vary according to the race. The tubes are Kendo. Micro seat post is Deda and saddle is Selle Italia, Taborre uses SLR Team Edition, but each athlete choose between them in the Selle Italia catalogue. The pedals are Time in carbon. Stem and handlebar are the famous Deda Zero100, aluminum triple-butted, lightweight and rigid. Thus assembled the bike reaches a weight of about 7Kg, while down to 6.8Kg adopting the Super Record group, which perhaps, like last year, will be supplied for the captains of the team for the biggest races.
