The range of aluminum frames Merida differs in two models: “racing” series RACE and "comfortable" series RIDE.

The geometries for Merida road bike now been standardized and follow all the same "code" measurement series SCULPTURE EVO. At the same time there are strong differences between current and RIDE RACE families in terms of size tires (RIDE: 25mm) diameter tube R / S (RIDE: 27.2 mm for more comfort), the bend of the handlebar (RIDE: with handle compact fold shorter and less drop) or the configuration of the saddle. Moreover, the series offers a RIDE more upright position (and therefore more comfortable) with the longer head tube - crowned by a slight modification of the geometry with the rear plus. Both types are characterized by various forms of the tubes to highlight better visually different setups.
