The new Bianchi Jab 29er takes frame hydroformed triple butted of Jab 26er, with the addition of a new tapered headset and new frame geometry. The bike is assembled with a mix of Shimano Deore and SLX 3x10. Deore commands, the front derailleur, brakes, hubs and sprockets. The SLX rear derailleur. The FSA Gamma Drive MegaExo crankset is, 42/32/24T, always FSA chain. Stem, handlebar and seatpost are made of aluminum Obvius Tec. The rims are Mach1, the tires are Kenda. The fork is a SF12-XCR-RL 29. Standard the pedals and bottle cage. So assembled, the bike is priced at about 1090 Euro. The frame is more than good, even "undervalued" with this assembly. Very good rigidity and handling characteristics, excellent traction. The assembly sees a mix of components too, but at least the bike is complete. Small wheels and fork. The final price is fair, even considering the Bianchi brand. Deserves more than the frame assembly, but the final performance are valid.
