This season Team Androni Giocattoli adopt Bianchi bikes, which has created a special bike for the Team, Bianchi Oltre Team version. The frame is new and already described Bianchi Oltre, a monocoque high modulus carbon with internal cable, the tapered headset and BB30. The frame weighs just over 900 grams, while the fork, which stems straight and aerodynamic profile, weighs just over 300 grams. Characteristic profile of the tube, the section over-size, also over-size the chainstay tubes, while the seatpost and the seat tube has an aerodynamic profile. The horizontal tube has a curved profile. The bike is assembled with the SRAM Red group, used with the controls, the sprocket, chain and rear derailleur. The bike is well below the UCI limit, then you choose the components to "weigh the bike", especially with athletes of small stature, like José Serpa.
