Even Alessandro Ballan, before his forced stop, had a BMC bike slightly different from the rest of his companions but not from the bike World Champion Cadel Evans. BMC SLC01 The frame is made entirely of carbon fiber with unidirectional Nano Technology with the pipe section and square complex. The down tube has several stiffening ribs, while the head tube is short and compact, bearing the traditional 1-inch and 1/8. The top tube is flattened and broad, the central movement is a good size and above by rigid reinforcement support starting from the down tube and seat tube. The rear stay is very compact and generous with pipes section. The fork is an Easton EC90SLX carbon monocoque. The bike of Alessandro Ballan is then assembled with the Campagnolo Super Record complete with controls, front and rear derailleur, brakes, sprocket, chain and crankset with ceramic bearings. Speedplay Pedals. The seatpost is always Easton EC70 carbon fiber with alloy head and the saddle is a Selle Italia. The stem is an Easton EA90 and handlebar Easton EC90 more. Easton wheels too, in the picture we see the model EC90SLX, but may vary, the tubes are Continental. The bottle cages are Elite. A nice bike to the limit of weight regulation, with all components of high quality.
