Ivan Basso, Liquigas-Cannondale Team, uses the same frame of 2010, known Cannondale SuperSix Hi Mod, also adopted by teammates, but assembled with different components. The group has adopted the new SRAM Red Black, used to the controls, chain, brakes, sprocket, derailleur and the derailleur. The crank is Cannondale and is equipped with SRM power detector. The seatpost FSA K-Force Light carbon monocoque, while the saddle is a Fi'zi: k. Also FSA stem SL-K and handlebar FSA Energy New Ergo, both in aluminum. The wheels are Mavic Cosmic Carbone Ultimate, complete with tubes Mavic, which have differentiated profile and compound for the front wheel (profile and more pointed softer compound) and rear (profile flatter and harder compound). Speedplay pedals are very light, while the Elite bottle cage is. Note the slight but useful guide chain. Compared with other teammates, the bike is not upset and then remain essentially many of the technical components with which Ivan Basso runs for several years, as the Mavic wheels, FSA components, Speedplay pedals, saddle Fi'zi:k, power meter SRM. New entry tubulars Sram Red group and Mavic. There is widespread "rumors" the arrival of a new SuperSix, if it comes, Ivan, as happened with the current model, it could lead to his debut in the next Giro d'Italia.
