The new CannondaleEvo was presented as a clear evolution of Cannondale SuperSix; lighter (695 grams), as rigid, more comfortable and better handling characteristics. It made his debut in the hands of Vincenzo Nibali and on the eve of the Giro d’Italia we have seen deployed all Cannondale Evo available to all athletes on the team. But the first step in Alba-Parma, Nibali has just started with the new Evo, and the rest of the companions preferred the old SuperSix; now Vincenzo has abandoned her to return to the classic Evo SuperSix. According to information collected by us, the bike would need a further development, of unspecified components (.??!!). ... More likely, without mincing words, the new model has been rejected by all the athletes of the team, who have preferred, no ifs, ands or buts, the old model.
