Cervélo unveiled the new frame R5ca first product to emerge from new research center in California, where, by word of that co-founder Gerard Vroomen is the intention of the Company to develop the knowledge on carbon frames. The new development center in California Cervelo allows new production techniques, build and test prototypes, and this reduces our development time and allows more opportunities for testing the product. Phil White, another co-founder of Cervélo, said that the new has the opportunity to focus more on the clinical trials for new solutions and improve the quality and performance of Cervélo frames. The new chassis R5ca is the first product of this research center that led to a redefinition of the bottom bracket and head tube. Also new steps cables, the seat tube and the attack of the derailleur.
