Team Type1 Sanofi Aventis take the new bike Colnago M10. All athletes have access to the same technical material and there are only small differences dictated by individual athletes, but the bikes are basically identical. The new M10 frame is a monocoque high modulus carbon. The cable routing internal, while the bottom bracket has classic standard. It adopted a tapered headset with bearings from 1 inch and 1/8 above and 1 inch and 1/2 below. The fork keeps the classic straight profile Colnago and carbon fiber monocoque. Large cross-section are the three main tubes of the frame, as is well-sized rear triangle. The frame weighs about 1kg. The bike is then assembled with the Shimano Dura Ace, with controls, brakes, crank, sprocket, chain, front and rear derailleur. Always Dura Ace pedals and wheels. In the photo you see the low profile model, but can also be used other models of Dura Ace wheels. The tubes are Vittoria Open Evo CX, but in photos can be seen the model Pavè Evo, used for Montepaschi Strade Bianche. The bottle cage is made of resin. The seatpost is Colnago carbon fiber with Team Edition saddle Selle Italia, the stem is Thomson, while the handlebar is Pro; cycle-computer is CatEye. A bike care and well blended, high-level, the weight limit regulations. The rigidity of the frame M10 and its low weight makes it much more suitable for racing compared to C59 Italia. A bike that is at ease on every path and the excellent overall competitiveness.
