BicyclesFocus on: Cube AMS 100 Super HPC Race
The frame Cube AMS 100 Super HPC has received upgrade carried out with the same model Elite Super HPC front.
A different layers of high modulus carbon fiber, and the pursuit of the Twin Mold technology with reduced weight and improved overall performance. It remains an aesthetic identical to the previous model, with a good section of the down tube, which houses the internal cable. The rear suspension provides the shock attached under the top tube and the link connecting on the vertical tube. The shock is a Fox Float RP23 BV Performance, while the fork is a RockShox SID RLT 100mm. The rear suspension is equipped with 4 links that allow the suspension to work properly without being affected by the action of pedalling. Also new is the tapered headset and post mount rear disc brake. The bottom bracket has standard Press Fit. The bike is then assembled with Shimano XT adopted for the control, front and rear derailleur, the sprocket, chain and crankset. The brakes are Formula R1, while the wheels are DT Swiss, complete with Schwalbe tires. Stem, handlebar and seatpost Syntace are, while the saddle is Selle Italia. So assembled, the bike weighs about 10.7 kg The cost is 3000 Euro, while the frame kit will cost about 2200 Euro. It’s a very good bike full, with a weight assembly and a good, nice and good. Reduced the mix of components, limited to brakes, among other things was a good choice Formula R1. Reliable wheels, maybe not very light. Overall the bike expresses a very good potential, maybe not the best for the more extreme XC, but finds its highest expression on XC amateur, where it offers excellent comfort, ease and safety of driving, excellent performance in overall and by category. Valid on overall weight and the price of the bike assembled. The frame kit, however, lose the competitive advantage with direct competitors, is aligned with respect to which, though it remains valid for the quality of the product.
