The new Focus FSL 1.0 is the biggest novelty of the 2011 Focus for Mtb. Totally new monocoque frame in the high modulus carbon. It has a short head tube and very good size with a good section of the tube and also well-sized area of the bottom bracket. The top tube is a generous section and presents the process for the rear shock, which is placed at the top, and connecting rods that make the progressive suspension. In the rear has the classic plain bearings and pins, are well-sized tubes with which it is made. The bike is then assembled with the group Sram XX adopted in full, with crank 42/28, controls, brakes, fork, 11/36 sprockets, chain, front and rear derailleur. The fork has a travel of 100 mm and 15 mm thru-axle. The shock is a Fox Float RP 23. The wheels are very good DT Swiss XCR-1350, carbon rims, and only 1350 grams of weight. Stem, handlebar and seatpost are 3T LTD, with the stem ARX, the handlebar Xida and seatpost Doric, all carbon fiber and very low weight. The tires are Continental Mountain King, while the saddle is a Fi'zi:k Tundra 2. So assembled, the bike will cost around 7000 Euro. A bike expensive, but very refined, the excellent new frame and the realization of the rear suspension. Proposed high quality assembly, with components leggerisssimi 3T LTD and DT Swiss wheels. A full to the top of the class for weight and performance.
