Currently, bikes are not available to the captains of the team who continue to use the popular Focus Izalco. The bike could be an evolution of the Cayo, given the similarities with the model currently in production, or a new Izalco version. The new structure presents the external passage of cables and a tube of round section from the large diameter, the greater is that Izalco and Cayo. The head tube is very short and the top tube joins the most extensive and apparently rigid. While in Cayo brake cable passes inside the tube, in the prototype the rear brake cable goes outside, the oblique tube has a diameter greater than and Cayo, albeit with minor differences, the same Izalco. The area of the bottom bracket is on the contrary, lighter, though well proportioned. Major differences in the posterior triangle that has considerable section of round pipes. Beautiful dropouts, machined from solid, lightweight and CNC. Very original two round seatstays tubes, measuring over size, unlike the current trend that wants to pipe the section contains. A very compact and lightweight frame. The headset seems tapered with bearings from 1 inch and 3/8 and under 1 inch and 1/8 above. The fork is still 3T. The mechanics have "an obligation of silence" so it's impossible to know other information, perhaps in the Giro d’Italia, we will be able to get more information and to see a final version, maybe in the hands of Danilo Di Luca.
