For 2012, Giant introduces a new headset standard bearings

 1 inch and 1 ¼ above and 1 inch and ½ below. This solution improves the rigidity of 30% of the headstock and will be applied to the 2012 range of Giant mountain bike.

2012 Giant Reign 0: is updated with the new headset and telescopic seatpost.

2012 Giant Reign SX: is updated with the new headset of steering.

2012 Giant Reign X: is updated with new headset and telescopic seatpost.

Giant Trance X1 2012: is updated in the profile of the tubes of the frame and new headset.
