The new Ridley's office is located in Paal-Beringen and spread over an area of 13,500 sqm. Since the establishment is structured on two levels, the total operational area is 27,000 sqm. The new office, then, has the environmental certification of zero emissions into the environment through the roof entirely covered with photo voltaic panels which provide energy production exceeds that required operational capability of the seat; the excess energy is fed into national grid. At the opening night of the new structure fully operational since weeks, were present in addition to all the staff Ridley, journalists from around the world, the maximum political offices in Belgium, in particular the Mayor of Paal-Beringen and Prime Minister for Economic Development.

Ridley wants to continue its growth in Europe, but especially in the U.S., where Ridley is increasingly asserting the objective is to reach and exceed the major brands more popular in the USA. This ambitious plan of development is the creation of the new structure, which is needed to better support the new dealer, with a higher speed in order processing and even greater ability to manage orders Ridley always in increasing numbers. Then the new structure has enabled a marked improvement in production capacity and product quality, two elements critical to the development of Ridley. Another important aspect is the strengthening of research and development department, which has absorbed, and is absorbing many energies, but that is considered strategic and vital by Ridley, needed to create new models for art style, graphics and technology. Just Technology Ridley we looked long stressing that Ridley has become a leader in some specific aspects of the design of bicycles, such as aerodynamic research before Ridley wants to maintain and increase, not only as regards the study of aerodynamics, but also other technical aspects of the construction of a bike.
