The presentation of the Team Vacansoleil-DCM for the Tour de France was also the occasion to present the new bike Ridely Noah FB specially assembled for the Tour de France. All athletes will have the same bike and during these days are completing the testing and finalization of the new bike. Having the same geometry of Noah, the set-up of the bike was easy and athletes have focused on understanding the new braking system with Fast Brake, quickly promoted by all, even that given the chance, no athlete has preferred to remain with the old bike. Also judged best overall performance. The bike of Team Vacansoleil-DCM has the same frame Noah FB 2012 that will be offered for sale, assembly differs. The group used is the Sram Red, used for commands and the rear derailleur. The front derailleur is a special version Red designed specifically for Ridley, has the steel cage, stiffer and therefore more precise in the steps of gear. The sprocket is a special version, specially made for the Team, increasing the drive sprocket Sram Red. The chain is KMC. The saddle is Selle San Marco Regal, stem and handlebar are Deda Elementi. The wheels are Fast Forward, complete with tubular Vredestein. The crank is Rotor 3D. For the Tour de France will also come the new Fast Forward wheels, low profile weighing just 1050 grams per pair. With Noah 2012 FB, all athletes will have also the Ridley Helium.
