Specialized 2011: Allez 2011

Specialized has completely renewed its Allez range, the racing bike with aluminum frame.

For 2011 there will be two versions of the Allez frame, called a E5 and one called A1.

The new chassis has been completely revised and is now 20% stiffer than the previous Allez, so as to reach a value close to the model Tarmac SL3. E5 version, has a series of steering cone bearings with 1 inch and 1/2 and 1 inch and 1/8, and 75 grams lighter than the A1 model, adopting a series of conventional steering. The carbon fork is straight, while the shares of the frame follow exactly those of Tarmac SL3.

The cables remain outside, while the top tube is slightly curved, like the Tarmac SL3.

Will be proposed as a bike assembled with the group and the Apex Sram Shimano Ultegra course will also be available on frame kit.
