Team SaxoBank uses bikes Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL3. All athletes are using the same technical material. The frame is known Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL3, already used in HTC- High Road and Astana teams. A frame that falls below the 900 grams of which we have extensively analyzed the technical characteristics. The bike team SaxoBank are then assembled with the Sram Red group with controls, brakes, sprocket, chain, front and rear derailleur. The Specialized crankset is equipped with SRM power detector. The pedals are SpeedPlay. The seatpost is carbon fiber, with aluminum head and the saddle is Prologo. The stem Specialized aluminum, as well as the handlebar FSA. Bottle cage is Tacx. The wheels are chosen in the Zipp catalogue and complete with tubular Specialized. A neat bike, even in graphics and fully assembled. Goes down with ease the regulatory limit and is able to exploit all the stiffness of the frame expressed Tarmac SL3, very competitive on all road remains one of the best Pro Cycling bike.
