After debuting in the competition, Specialized presented the new bike Fate 29er.

Unlike other models presented by Specialized, like Myka 29er, the 29er Fate is more targeted at high level competitions. The frame is available in three different sizes and two different assemblies (Comp and Expert). The new carbon monocoque frame is made of 8R and has a weight of 1,200 grams. The geometry is specific to the female morphology and the suspension travel is 80 mm. The headset tapered is, while the top tube has a pronounced sloping, as on all the bikes for women. The rear triangle is very compact, while the main tubes have a section particularly generous. Expert bike is then assembled with a mix of SRAM X9/X0 and Specialized Roval wheels.
