928 Carbon SL IASP

The Model 928 Carbon SL IASP, has not changed for 2011, but will be sold only as kit frame, is completely new model OLTRE, which is the new top-range Bianchi 2011.

Besides the new frame is characterized by the adoption of a series of steering cone bearings and 1 inch and a half below and 1 inch 1/8 above. This solution, according to Bianchi allows better rigidity of the front, which improves overall handling and power transmission. All new dedicated fork, carbon monocoque fork with straight wing shaped to allow excellent aerodynamics. He said a weight of 360 grams. The frame is made of carbon fiber monocoque high modulus UMS40 (high modulus) and IMS60 with applied technologies CNT-X TeX Technology, WMP, BB30, UTSS Ultra Thin Seat Stay. The surface finish is unidirectional carbon. There are two different lengths of 300mm (for sizes 50-53) and 350mm (for sizes 55 to 61), weighs about 175gr. The frame weighs 950 grams in size 55.
