We compared direct all winter complete so far tested here is the differences and ratings

 

After we analyzed one by one the winter complete is time to say which is really the best ever. We must specify that the invitation to participate in the test was aimed at all the major worldwide industry, but only Briko, Giordana, Nalini, Santini, Spiuk have accepted the challenge.

 

 

 

Others for one reason or another (the apologies were the most varied and original) all have declined, leaving more of a doubt (I may ask? ..) About the actual quality of some products that are presented with the "no plus ultra" of the sector. The test of the leaders has been long and painstaking. Each company has decided what to send, but, for uniformity of opinion, we decided to compare the overalls or long pants, jacket. For all, therefore, we used a technical underwear (when the temperature dropped near or below zero) and a long-sleeved shirt, the same for all the suits, to which was added to the jacket and overalls.

Comment: the clothes are certainly the best made two complete Nalini, where stitching and details are treated in detail, including aesthetic, there are two near complete Santini who sin are to look less attention to detail, from the point Technically are equally perfect. A little away but very well made and full Spiuk and just under two full Giordana. The full Briko, though well-done, it loses the comparison with competitors and note that it is a great product series and produced in countries where labour costs far less.

Comment: The best fit is that of complete Santini because they have a very ergonomic cut, adhere well to the body and are made with fabrics very soft to the touch. Nalini close models, but they have a jacket that is broader and less adherent to the body, plus a slightly more rugged exterior. Also excellent full Spiuk. The complete Giordana Trade suffer fewer cuts and less of an anatomical conformation of the competitors, even if the fabric is elastic and smooth, like the Body Clone leaving the abdomen open and has a texture more rigid and harsh. Briko Vertigo is the last in the list because it has a very special ergonomics and is made with a fabric more rough than the others.

Comment: The Practice of the pockets of the Body Clone and Trade, both of Giordana, is unique, but the trade does not have any Refractive inserts to improve the visibility is a serious look at a complete winter. Practices also pockets Briko Vertigo and Nalini Sciaranno. Santini Dart pockets without zip, but at least this is easy to open, too small, however, the other full of zip. Apart from the Giordana Trade all have full effective refractive material inserts. Excellent the zip on his trousers.

Comment: The best pad are Nalini for both men and women, followed closely by complete Santini. The pad Spiuk, although not gel offers comfort comparable to the Briko Vertigo (gel), below we find the pad of the Giordana Body Clone. The pad of the Giordana Trade, not gel, offers a comfortable minimum, well away from competitors.

Comment: The complete that offers the best protection from cold is the model Briko Vertigo, followed closely by the model Nalini Orata and Santini Dart. With these three complete you can go down below zero without problem. Near this group were the other two suits Nalini Sciaranno and Santini Bloom, the former just suffering from a higher permeability, the second for the overalls to 3/4. Slightly more distant the complete Spiuk and then the two complete Giordana.

Comment: The wind resistance is important on long descents. The best complete is still the Briko Vertigo, followed closely by Nalini Dart and Santini Orata. Santini Bloom is still hindered by dungarees 3/4 and Nalini Sciaranno the aforementioned child-proofing the wind. Then follow the complete Spiuk, the Body Clone and model Trade.

Comment: traspiration is important to evaporate the sweat body feel less cold in the fall, have a greater comfort and better performance. The best complete is the Nalini Sciaranno that offers excellent breathability. Near complete Santini Dart and the other complete Nalini and Santini. Excellent also the behaviour of the complete Spiuk, while distant Briko are complete and Giordana, with which you sweat a lot, too.

Comment: prices are for the most complete jacket trousers overall. Spiuk Team and Nalini Orata have the prices that is proportional to the benefits revealed. Complete the following appear to others Nalini and Santini. The Briko Vertigo is very expensive but has great performance, while the completel Giordana Body Clone despite having a competitive price does not put on display large particular positive. Worse Trade model that does not know what it costs.

Comment: The final standings see the complete win Santini Dart for the men and women Nalini Orata, near for performance and value for money to complete Nalini Sciaranno (men) and Santini Bloom (women), high performance of the Spiuk Team (women ), the complete Briko Vertigo, third among men, is penalized by a price too high and finish lower than first in the league, they close the two suits Giordana and high performance is not hampered by the fact that the company not disclose prices list.
