Very comfortable shoes, with a good content of foot

Diadora Speed Woman R have studied the anatomical morphology of the female foot, who, remember, has a more pronounced arch support, a heel and a plant closer than men. The sole is made of thermoplastic material and is prepared to accept all types of cleats. This large scale, well made and accurate. The heel is made of non-slip rear and interchangeable, front to rear also. Absent, however, the aeration holes. The upper is microfiber, with a series of ventilation holes, and the inserts in the heel, fabric of carbon fiber. The heel is made of thermoforming materials, with the upper, outer and inner, soft material. The closure of the shoe is composed of three straps, two with velcro and one of the ratchet. Road test
The Diadora Speed Woman R are certainly well made, very nice the upper, white, but with some areas pearls and carbon fiber inserts. Good the inside soft and comfortable. Pleasant the ratchet, less angular and more ergonomic than those used in men's shoes. Good, then the reference points to position the cleat, precise, well-marked and extensive. Very good, again, the cleat interchangeable and ensures a stable and secure to the ground without ruining the sole. The sockliner is soft, like the inside of the heel, but it's all the inside of the shoe to be very comfortable and soft. The closure of the shoe is easy, even if the double ring of the second strap is not very practical to use, even if it provides a closure of the same impeccable. If you do not have special needs can not safely be used, leaving the function to close the velcro strap. Good, then, ergonomics designed for the female foot, which can recognize when you close the shoe, the upper part thereof which remains the most closed, heel tightly around the back of the shoe and a plant that wraps the foot more closely, leaving voids that worsen the comfort and effectiveness of pedalling. The ratchet has an excellent maneuverability and so it is easy to adjust the lock of the shoe on the move. What most strikes the shoe is comfort, even when you close the straps strong to ensure good foot to the shoe, even after several hours did not feel pain or discomfort. The stiff sole is good, but less than other models with carbon soles, but in reality its rigidity is more than enough for home use and also competitive at least to a certain level. Recreational use, however, the behaviour is more than excellent and is appreciated, if anything, the high driving comfort that these shoes are able to have, even after several hours that you wear. One downside, though, can be detected in reduced transpiration of the shoe, the insole without aeration holes and the upper, provided with holes, but slightly heavier, leading to a ventilation that can detect less than other competitors is sufficient, but less. The weight of the shoe is very low, even in this case there are companies that are able to do better, maybe even a little. Sorry, then, that there is only colour available. Although this remains an enviable compromise between comfort, very high stiffness and containment of the foot, both good. A shoe that fulfills the cyclist who wants a refined product, well finished, but also with good performance, without being an agony, for, stiffness and limitation of the foot are close to the most senior industry and able to meet the needs also the most powerful athletes. Only real professionals, however, can not criticize a rigidity to the top of the sole and some movement of the foot too much, even with my shoes tightly closed, especially at the heel, which may arise in more sprints drawn. The price, finally, about 120 Euro seems appropriate to the overall quality of the shoe.
