Another important innovation by Gore Bike Wear for winter 2010/2011 will bib Fusion OS, especially designed for those who practice mountain biking.

The cut is consistent with the position taken by mountain bikers riding, while the material soft and elastic movement need any favors. The WINDSTOPPER Soft Shell laminate, used at specific points, we applied a ceramic coating, which preserves the natural flexibility of soft tissue and provides both a great strength. This coating also protects the fabric in contact with rocks or branches, even when dropped to prevent tearing. The rider finds garment protect a wide pants coupled with the comfort of overalls. Thanks also to the properties of the laminate windproof and breathable WINDSTOPPER Soft Shell, the body maintains a nice warm temperature and not cool. The pad ALP-X is designed for the specific needs of mountain bikers. The technical fabric with which it has achieved a perfect moisture control thanks to a quick drying and maximum breathability. The grooves in the perineal area respect the male anatomy. The pressure points in the ischial area are reduced through particularly dense foam, while the soft outer fabric minimizes friction when pedaling.

Other features are the anatomical knee, moved the seams to reduce friction, elastic suspenders, the bracket for a perfect seal, a short front zip with locking slider and reflective board, a seam on the buttocks protected from abrasion tape and a reflective print effect on the thigh.
