The new helmet Limar is the evolution of the model Limar Pro 104. With a new design weight was down a further 10 grams, reaching a value of 170 grams in size M. The cover of the helmet Ultralight Pro 104 is created using In-Mold, which allows implementation in a single proceeding in the outer shell with the inner one. The result is a product more rigid and lighter. There is also a Pro Carbon 104, with insertion of carbon that further improve the ability of shock absorption and strength of the outer shell. The aeration holes are 22, while two are available in sizes: M (53-56) and L (56-62).  Road test

 Limar helmet is well made and cared for. Good paint, though not as bright as other achievements. Very neat and well done the inside of the wheel sets of rules. The lightness you can hear first hand, but above all he feels once worn, it almost seems not to have it. The ventilation is more than excellent, as is easy to extract and wash the interior padding. The only flaw may be detected in a minimum profile of the shape of the helmet, compared to other products. While respecting the parameters for the dual approval Limar is one of the few companies to have it, the helmet is positioned at the lower limit, leaving the major findings and the low side of the nape of the head. For those who hate to wear a helmet, a good thing, because if we join this point to the weight then we understand how this product will give little or no discomfort when worn. Instead, for those who see the helmet as a useful and necessary means of protection, then it may be a limit because it creates a feeling of less security, despite the aforementioned double approved compared to other products, heavier, but that cover and protect better head. The difference in reality is very few millimeters, and can not be otherwise, but the sensation is what we have described, but it is good to clarify that safety is not compromised at all. A helmet so ideal for the agonist or the lover who tends to the weight, not only the bike, but also clothing, including helmet. Perfect for climbers. An ideal product, then, for all to whom the helmet by a sense of discomfort, while those who want a lightweight helmet, but that instils a sense of security and protection, will do well to move towards other products Limar, perhaps more heavy but with a better profile of the cap that surrounds the head. The list price is around 149 Euros, a high price, but, in part, justified by the weight and quality of the product. However, although more expensive than other products Made in Italy, is cheaper than other helmets that can not boast the same weight and not higher quality.
