For winter-time many riders use shoes covers, good solution, but certainly not comparable to a good winter shoe. We tested the Vittoria Shoes Artica for a long time, it's proposed in road and mountain bikes version, designed to keep your feet warm even with very low temperatures.

The upper is made of Lorica and Cordura, with the addition of a membrane that allows Windtex to evaporate the sweat of the feet and prevent water and moisture from entering inside the shoe. The interior is lined with neoprene. The Velcro closure is three, with additional Velcro closure on the ankle. The insole is anatomical. Two soles available, one for the road and one for the MTB. They are available in all black, in sizes 36 to 48, with half sizes ranging from 38.5 to 44.5. The road version, we tested, in size 42 have a weight of 370 grams.
