The Liege-Bastogne-Liege race is deeply felt by the Belgian public, mobilized en masse for the occasion.

Do not miss the public at the start of Liege, but for all cyclists, the real race is followed by the "Cote", 11climb that have made the history of this race. Most provident reach the best spots on the day before the race, while others in the early morning. Each equips himself as he can, who in style with campers and camp kitchens, who simply follows the race on foot. From the best points of the "Cote", you can follow the race for many miles, looking at the group of cyclists that runs along the valley. They are also the places where it is easier to observe the work of teams, which position themselves for a change of bike, wheels or the supply of water and supplements. Do not miss the publicity caravan, but especially the food, the big screen to watch the whole race and hectoliters of beer. Knowing the streets and with a little patience you can also see the passage of cyclists in several places, also benefited from the fact that roads are never closed to traffic except in the last minute prior to the passage of cyclists. Watch out for cops, decidedly unmoved, and always ready to make fines for parking ban.
