Cycling Pro Road & MtbFrom 6 June the Eroica will reopen registration, but only for the first hundred entrants
Considering the continued pressure from all over, the organizers of the Eroica have decided to reopen registration. From 6 June next, it will again be possible to enter the 2011 edition. However, this opportunity will be reserved to the first hundred cyclists to enter and their registration fees will be donated to charity. The first hundred entrants paying the €100.00 registration fee will see their money put to good use in Burkina Faso where the charitable projects founded by the Eroica in Africa will be involved in rebuilding a school in Dissin. A final 100 places will be available for those wishing to enter the Eroica, at a cost of €100.00, directly in Gaiole in Chianti on the day before the event. All funds will again be donated to the same project. Follow the link below to see the location of the school in Burkina Faso which the participants of the Eroica are helping to rebuild.
