Known for his qualities of climber, he reached the 4th place of Tour de Langkawi overall in 2009. During season 2010, he finished at the 3rd place on the podium of the the championships in Sweden against the clock.

Known for its qualities as a climber, he has distinguished himself in 2010 in the mountain stages in the Dauphiné Libéré as in 2009 during the Tour of the Basque Country, Tour de Romandie and the Tour of Italy. These last 2 seasons, he also won the bronze medal of Sweden's championship against the clock.

Aged 30, he was running for the U.S. team Garmin - Transitions in 2010.
