Dear Editor, I should have your advice on the purchase of my next bike. Basically I need a bike for the journey home-office-home and some bicycle trip with family ... But I want to entertain with solid and reliable bike.
I am a little uncertainty about possible solutions, but certainly there must be the basis of strength, as in Milan there are several disconnected sections and especially long stretches of cobblestones in various zones. The first type of bike that comes to mind is the mountain bike, but this is perhaps a little 'heavy'. The other bike I am considering are those from the so-called hybrid or cross.
Some examples:
CUBE "Hyde SL"
CUBE "Hooper Pro"
CUBE "SL Cross Race
CUBE "X Pro Race"
CANNONDALE "CAADX 105"
CANNONDALE Bad Boy "
CANNONDALE "Quick ..."
CINELLI "Hoy Hoy Rats
CINELLI "Zydeco"
Specialized 'Sirrus ... "
SPECIALIZED "Tricross ..."
COLNAGO "Freedom"
This is just to give examples of bikes that I like ....
As for the quality and strength ... also of the components, however, not decide.
In principle I like the "clean look" bicycle fashion now, as a fixed ratio, however, limited in their ratios, and therefore not interesting for me. Focus on Nexus or Alfine Shimano, but I would not be drastic about this choice. An alternative would be to make me mount a bike tailored to a few artisans ... but with what characteristics?

Dear Reader, congratulations for your passion and expertise in the field of urban bikes. The bike you selected are all good, but with many differences between them. For one thing, personally, discarding the cyclocross bike, because their handlebar, even when equipped with dual brakes, it offers less control in city traffic, the better a classic flat bar. However, if you were not a problem certainly the model is the most exclusive and personal Cinelli Zydeco, high quality bike, reliable and with an aesthetic that does not need to be commented. You has discarded the idea of Mtb but I do not discard the analysis of a Cannondale Scalpel with adequate road tires, though I admit that it hasn't an aesthetic as "Urban" ... More is preferable to draw attention to other models proposed. Large section tires, large handlebars and a good brake system are essential. It is also preferable to adopt a traditional group in order to have a good selection of reports in any trips. Then it is true that often the Shimano Alfine group is paired with a bike that hardly correspond to its demands. lso Fixed a Bike, though beautiful to look at, but that would fit for its intended use, then anything is possible .... He did not dimensioned, perhaps for budgetary reasons, but it would be the perfect model Cannondale Bad Boy Solo Head Shok. This model has the peculiarity of the fork, which will most certainly ruined the stretches of asphalt, is lightweight, has good tires and a reliability to any test. The look of "Bad Boy" needs no comment. It 's the bike that is closest to your needs (price aside, the only neo), together with the Bad Boy you selected. Both models have the advantage of disc brakes in the rain that provide a safe braking is not comparable to the other brake systems. Discard models Cannondale Quick, too light and with a trim that road, for the same reason I exclude Cube models, however always characterized by the excellent value for money. The Cinelli Hoy Hoy Rats can be an alternative to the Cannondale Bad Boy, but is heavier and slightly lower performance, although reliable, the same goes for Colnago and Specialized Sirrus. In conclusion, my personal opinion is that the bike that best satisfies its needs either the Cannondale Bad Boy Solo Head Shok, followed by Cannondale Bad Boy. Two Urban Bike very good, light, responsive, reliable.
