Fulcrum for 2012 completes its range of high-profile wheels featuring the new aluminum/carbon wheels Red Wind. The rim is made of carbon fiber, combined with an aluminum braking surface. New system of union of the spokes to the rim, which allows for optimal distribution of forces and stability at high speeds, as well as excellent aerodynamics. The wheels will be available in two configurations: Red Wind and Red Wind XLR. The XLR Red Wind will be available in two different profiles of the aluminum rim: clincher and 2-Way Fit for tubeless and clincher. The Red Wind XLR will be produced in 3 different heights of the rim: 50mm, 80mm and 105mm, and you can choose between 3 different types of balls/bearings, traditional, ceramic and CULT technology. The Red Wind XLR will be sold in two colors, Bright Label and Dark Label. The Red Wind will be available in two heights, 50mm and 80mm in a single color and with the option to double the bearing, traditional or ceramics. Fulcrum for cyclocross has decided to implement the Red Wind XLR CX 50mm, with a special double seal to protect the bearings from the mud.
